Here are the pros and cons of this hotel Pros Friendly staff. They are always smiling and great hospitality. Clean room. There is small kitchen you can cook small dishes such as omelette. Great sleep in the comfy bed!! Jules was awesome, fast acknowledged and made my check in so easy. Suite on 6th floor was lovely clean and have great amenities. Morning great by Deenee was Cool!! Love the playlist that they played at the lobby! Hope to go back for next stay in Phuket

Internet is rubbish. During the important online meeting all our devices had been logged out a few times. Luckily we had a backup, 4G device. Definitely not the place for digital nomads

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a week. They only serve coffee with breakfast even tho they have many machines everywhere. They bragged about the bottled water in the rooms being free but did not replace any of the 4 bottles (the tap water tastes funny). It was a chic hotel with great staff.

The service and room were terrible. I booked it even though it wasn't on the beach. We were looking for comfortable accommodation in Phuket. However, the bedroom was small and there was no way to store your bags.

Excellent hotel. The boat runs to the beach every 20 minutes. Breakfast can sometimes be a bit slow.

A clean and vibrant residential area in Phuket. It is easy to reach the beach via ferry.
